busy weekend

Bob's sister and her family were in town for a long weekend. We took the kids panning for gold and splunking on Sunday. Ryan had quite the adventure. Too bad he won't remember it.

We had about an hour break in the rain on Monday, and headed up to the watershed for a short hike with the hubby's sister and her family. On the way down, we caught Ryan sucking this thumb -- this is a first, since he's normally a "whole hand" kind of guy :) Excellent milestone for his 3 month bday. Photographic evidence:
