Happy Epiphany! I'm still trying to indoctrinate the hubby into my Epiphany traditions, which aren't many. It just means leaving the tree and Christmas lights up for 5 days longer than most people and a gift exchange (when I remember to keep one aside... heh).

Now there's a good reason for a fake tree -- since I live in a neighborhood that prepares for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving, there's no way a Christmas tree would survive safely for 6 weeks. I didn't used to put a tree up until the week before Christmas (if not Christmas Eve). That way it was still somewhat fresh and green for Epiphany. Now though, I've had a pretty green tree since the day after Turkey Day. That's kinda nice, I have to say.
